KAS stands for Keeping Animals Safe. What we are trying to do here is let people know that Animal Abuse is against the law. If you ever see any animal abuse please report it to your police department or animal control. Give the animal a second chance in life! Most animals are helpless and can't do anything to stop being abused. People need to stick up for them and that is what we do here! If you are afraid to report some one, report them here and we will see what we can do. Remember the Police and Animal control can keep you anonymous.
